Delivery

Times, regions and duration

  • We deliver anywhere in the UK for £7, including NI, Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.
  • Delivery to European countries is £35
  • Delivery to the rest of the world is £65
  • Live abroad but want to buy personalised drinks gift for friends or family? We accept non-UK credit cards. All you need to know is your recipient's UK postal address.
  • Delivery Times: We normally deliver Monday - Friday, 7.00am - 7.00pm.
  • We deliver 99% of our orders in 5 to 6 working days (If you live in the Highlands or Islands or outside the UK, this may take a little longer)

Cost

  • Costs as specified above, regardless of how many cases are being delivered to the same address.

What happens if I am not in when my personalised drink gift is delivered?

  • After you place your order, you can contact us to leave it in a safe place such as the greenhouse or coalbunker or you can nominate a neighbour to take the delivery.
  • If there is nowhere to leave it then we can leave the contact details of the local depot and you can get in touch directly to rearrange delivery. Our couriers will advise you of the hours that they operate and when they may be able to re-deliver in your area.

Payment methods

What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Solo cards. You can also pay via Paypal.

Changing, cancelling or amending your order

We are more than happy to cancel or make changes (such as the type and quantity of wine/champagne/whisky/beer you've chosen, the design on your label, the delivery address etc) as long as the change is made within 24 hours of placing your initial order. Since we want to provide you with as fast a service as possible, orders don't hang around for long!

Refunds and returns

In the unlikely event that your Labelism personalised drinks gift wasn't up to scratch or damaged in transit we are more than happy to offer a refund or replacement. Please contact one of our friendly members of staff via telephone or email to allow them to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

I'm having difficult using your online designer, what should I do?

If you are experiencing problems please call us - a member of staff can talk you through the process.

I would like to reuse a label design, do you keep it stored on your system?

You can view a full history of your past orders (including your label designs) by logging into your customer account.  We do not yet allow old label designs to be re-used but keep a look-out for this feature soon!
