When you want to celebrate there is only one proper way to do it, Champagne! Famous for its fine bubbles and deep, complex flavours, it is a luxurious cuvee worth lingering over.
Champagne spends a long time aging in bottle, to soften and develop its structure. This is balanced by the crisp acidity which is a direct result of the extremely cool climate in this region.
Pol Gesse is a flavoursome champagne made using Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay, and a smaller percentage of Pinot Noir. The nose is rich with notes of toasted brioche, and on the palate a buttery texture is complemented by tangy citrus flavours.
Chez Bouey are Vins de Table produced from grapes in the South of France. The Languedoc is famous for producing full-bodied reds from a blend of grapes. Chunky Carignan provides weight and structure, while Grenache and Syrah provide ripe, fruitier flavours. The Chez Bouey Rouge is a juicy wine, with blackcurrant and pepper notes and a good length of finish.
Chez Bouey is a typical southern French white. The countryside in the region is covered in Garrigue, a mixture of woody herbs and plants like rosemary, lavender, thyme and juniper. These herbaceous notes find their way into the wines of the region, and give them a wonderful aroma and also a perfect match for the cuisine of the region. The Chez Bouey Blanc is a lively and fresh wine, with notes of melon and lemon zest. The finish cleans the palate nicely, and leaves the impression of the herbs of the garrigue.
Southern France is famous for producing its distinctive style of rose; pale pink in colour with a refreshing dry finish making it perfect for hot sunny days! Baron D’arignac is produced using the typical varieties for the area, including Cinsault and Carrignan. These are carefully pressed to give the colour and fruit to the wine, but keeping the quenching nature of rose. The wine opens with an aromatic nose, with lots of red fruit such as strawberry, and followed by a crisp, dry finish.

A rich and smooth malt with complexity of character. This is a powerful malt with depth and mellow flavours. Slightly oily at first, then warming up, and developing beautifully. Honey notes appear later whilst flavours recede slowly.
Dun Bheagan Single Malt Speyside 8 Years Old comes from one of the most reputable distilleries of the Speyside region situated on the moors of Ben Rinnes. Speyside, in the North-East of the Highlands, is Scotland's premier distillation region. Sharp and dry at first, it slowly softens and reveals its sherry wood ageing. A second smoky note precedes long and complex slow revealing aromas. Long and smooth finish.
Dun Bheagan Single Malt Highland 8 Years Old is matured in the heart of the Highlands, land of wilderness, glens, peat moss and heather, cascades of pure Scottish water. A fusion of natural elements at the very heart of the complex flavours of this malt. This pale and fresh single malt has a dominant malty flavour. A soft woody and nutty whisky, revealing green notes of smoked apples. Slightly dry finish.
A classic cintinental style pilsner produced by artisan brewers BrewDog. A light refreshing lager made with 100% malt and imported whole leaf hops. BrewDog beers contain no additives, preservative or pasteurization and are hand crafted in small batches. A perfectly balanced beer with caramel and malt flavours initially balanced by the fruity hop flavours and clean finish.
This lager was winner of the 2009 Tesco Drinks Challenge.
A 4.1% golden ale brewed with character and bite by artisan brewers BrewDog. A full flavour and refreshing ale made with 100% malt and imported whole leaf hops. This ale is a fresh and contemporary take on a classic Brittish style. The imported hops provide wonderful tropical fruit flavours which complement the sweet malt base and are balanced by the sharp, bitter finish.
